Each session is 60min
A few days before our call, I'll send you a shared document for you to describe what we'll be working on (allowing us to hit the ground running for the session).
If you choose the single ZAP! you have 2 months to schedule your session.
If you choose the 3 PACK you'll have 3 months to use your sessions. You can spread them out, book them all in one week, combine for longer sessions, or choose bi-weekly for a 6wk experience. The configuration is completely up to you.
